對(duì)于可控式充液閥。控制油通入控制缸的上腔,控制活塞就可使閥芯開啟??刂聘咨锨唤佑拖鋾r(shí),控制活塞在彈簧的作用下復(fù)位??刂聘紫虑慌c充液油箱是想通的。這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的充液閥都直接安裝在液壓缸的端部,安裝方便,節(jié)省了與工作液壓缸連接的管道。浸入式結(jié)構(gòu),即上部全浸在充液油箱中,結(jié)構(gòu)很緊湊,流阻損失很小。但充液油箱必須安裝在液壓缸的底部,還要解決充液油箱與液壓缸缸底之間的密封問(wèn)題。檢修不太方便。管道連接式結(jié)構(gòu),即通過(guò)管道和法蘭與充液油箱相連,與浸入式相比,充液油箱的位置布置較靈活,檢修也較方便,但結(jié)構(gòu)顯得龐大,流阻損失也稍大。

常開式充液閥的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于充液過(guò)程中不需要克服彈簧力,從而減少了吸油阻力。但結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜,制造要求也較高。
常開式充液閥。閥芯在彈簧的作用下停在閥上部,充液閥處于開啟狀態(tài)。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)入工作行程時(shí),先在充液閥的控制口通入壓力油,閥芯下行,充液閥關(guān)閉。由于閥芯上部面積略大于其下部面積,故隨著液壓缸油壓的升高,充液閥越關(guān)越緊。當(dāng)活塞回程時(shí),液壓缸先行卸壓,且充液閥的控制口與油箱相通,充液閥可自動(dòng)開啟,使液壓缸中的油液大量排回充液油箱。

圖2.1為單回路充液閥的結(jié)構(gòu),主要由控制充液壓力上下限的先導(dǎo)閥和充液主閥構(gòu)成,圖中的P、O、A、T分別為油泵壓力油進(jìn)油口、通往下游液壓系統(tǒng)的出口、通往蓄能器出口及回油口。
充液閥的充液過(guò)程為:當(dāng)蓄能器的壓力低于充液閥設(shè)定的下限壓力時(shí),作用在上限單向閥閥芯3上的液壓力低于先導(dǎo)閥4左端彈簧8的作用力,使下限單向閥6關(guān)閉,上限單向閥3打開,蓄能器內(nèi)的壓力油經(jīng)先導(dǎo)閥芯4、節(jié)流通道Ⅱ進(jìn)入主閥右腔,推動(dòng)主閥芯9克服左腔壓力向左移動(dòng),逐漸降低主閥開度,P與O口間的節(jié)流作用造成P口壓力增高。隨后P口與A口間的單向閥打開,經(jīng)節(jié)流口向蓄能器供液。當(dāng)蓄能器壓力達(dá)到上限時(shí),作用在先導(dǎo)閥右端單向閥閥芯3的液壓力大于左端彈簧壓力,下限單向閥6打開,上限單向閥3關(guān)閉,主閥右腔經(jīng)先導(dǎo)閥于T口相通泄壓,在左端壓力作用下克服右端彈簧壓力右移,P口與A口間的單向閥關(guān)閉,恢復(fù)全流量向下游系統(tǒng)供液,充液過(guò)程結(jié)束。 PVACBLCMN20
