本品是由多種堿性物質(zhì)復(fù)合而成，可快速中和酸洗后殘液，有效防止金屬氧腐蝕和其它電化學(xué)及化學(xué)腐蝕損傷，延長(zhǎng)被清洗設(shè)備的使用壽命。同時(shí)也是針對(duì)酸洗廢液中氫離子直接排放對(duì)環(huán)境破壞而設(shè)計(jì)。它能與酸中氫離子中和使PH值為7～8達(dá)到中性，從而減小排放的廢液對(duì)環(huán)境造成的破壞。

This product Combined with Multiple alkaline materials, which canneutralize the Residual Liquid after cleaning rapidly, and effectively preventmetal corrosion by oxidation and electrochemistry, also can extend service lifeof the cleaned equipment. So it can decrease environmental disruption caused bythe Residual Liquid.

適用范圍Application scope

本品廣泛用于各種空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、鍋爐、茶爐、換熱器、鋼制管道及工業(yè)水循環(huán)等各種設(shè)備化學(xué)酸洗后的中和處理，及用做酸洗廢液排放前的處理劑。

This productwidely used as Neutralizing Agent or waste liquid Treatment Agent aftercleaning in different kinds of air conditioning system、boilers、drinkingwater boilers、heat exchanger、steel pipelines and the chemical equipmentsof industrial water circulation.

使用方法： Using method

●添加量的確定：取一定溶解的中和劑添加到1kg酸洗廢液中，確定中和劑的添加比例。

●開(kāi)啟系統(tǒng)循環(huán)泵，逐漸將中和劑往系統(tǒng)中添加，邊添加邊測(cè)PH值，當(dāng)測(cè)得PH值為7.5±0.5時(shí)，中和完成。

● 持續(xù)循環(huán)15分鐘，可直接排放廢液。接下來(lái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行漂洗或預(yù)膜。

l Addition quantity: Adding acertain quantity of Neutralizer to1Kgthe Residual Liquid after acid Cleaning, ascertain the ratio of Neutralizer

l Openthe circulating pump of the system ,then addNeutralizer to the flow gradually as determine the pH value, when it is7.5±0.5, the Neutralization isaccomplished.

l Aftercontinuously circulating about 15min, directly discharge the Residual Liquidafter System Cleaning, then rinse or pre-coat the system.
