The captured particles are primarily condensed residues from flux. Without a filter system these particles ill be partly inhaled the operator with the remainder spread over the work object and workplace. In contrast, a proper filter system will eliminate not only the particles, but will also catch and eliminate dangerous gases created in the soldering process.煙塵過濾（凈化）原理:用風機將煙霧抽入機箱，通過內(nèi)置的濾芯進行過濾，主要能夠起到過濾粉塵、異味、有毒氣體和殺滅部分細菌的作用。濾網(wǎng)又分：集塵濾芯、玻纖濾芯、HEPA濾芯、活性炭濾芯等。其中最關(guān)鍵就是活性炭濾芯，它能起到分解有毒氣體和殺菌作用，特別是抑制二次污染。產(chǎn)品的特點是風機功能以及濾芯的質(zhì)量決定凈化效果，機器的放置以及室內(nèi)布局影響凈化是否完全，室內(nèi)凈化效果是否均衡。濾芯需定期更換。
