工廠級(jí)(上層、管理層)包括工廠信息管理和生產(chǎn)管理，負(fù)責(zé)與工廠管理計(jì)算機(jī)的連接，計(jì)算機(jī)間的管理數(shù)據(jù)交換通過(guò)工廠主干網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。主干網(wǎng)采用ISO／OSI-MAP／TOP或TCP／IP-Ethernet網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨著工廠自動(dòng)化規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，這一級(jí)的功能也越來(lái)越強(qiáng)，它是DCS 向CIPS 發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志。
車間級(jí)(中層、監(jiān)控層)包括過(guò)程控制和過(guò)程管理，用于控制室、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制設(shè)備和各現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制裝置間的連接。通信網(wǎng)采用中速、載帶工業(yè)過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)公路的形式(ProwayC或IEEE802.4)。這是DCS的實(shí)時(shí)工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)，應(yīng)具有高可靠性、高使用性、實(shí)時(shí)性強(qiáng)、有自診斷功能、有自組態(tài)功能、容易接入新站等。
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)級(jí)(低層)用于連接過(guò)程控制中的傳感器、執(zhí)行器、智能儀表等。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線為發(fā)展目標(biāo)，現(xiàn)已有了兩個(gè)國(guó)際組織的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線產(chǎn)品，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線將是DCS 發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要方向。
2 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線
2.1 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的第一部分被命名為H1，定義了一個(gè)低速、帶電鏈路的數(shù)字信號(hào)取代4～20 mA模擬量傳輸信號(hào)。當(dāng)H1被采用后，智能傳感器將能夠與數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)直接通信。第二部分H2，定義了一個(gè)高速、不帶電的鏈路，使協(xié)議可應(yīng)用于高級(jí)邏輯和控制。H2協(xié)議的通信速率為1 Mb，而H1通信速率為31.25 Kb。
