一、軟啟動(dòng)設(shè)備的工作原理在三相電源與電機(jī)間串入三相反并聯(lián)晶閘管（可控硅整流器），利用晶閘管移相控制原理，啟動(dòng)時(shí)電機(jī)端電壓隨晶閘管的導(dǎo)通角從零逐漸上升，電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速逐漸增大，直至達(dá)到滿(mǎn)足啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩的要求而結(jié)束啟動(dòng)過(guò)程，此時(shí)旁路接觸器接通（避免電機(jī)在運(yùn)行中對(duì)電網(wǎng)形成諧波污染，延長(zhǎng)晶閘管壽命），電機(jī)進(jìn)入穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，停車(chē)時(shí)先切斷旁路接觸器，然后由軟啟動(dòng)器內(nèi)晶閘管導(dǎo)通角由大逐漸減小，使三相供電電壓逐漸減小，電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速由大逐漸減小到零，停車(chē)過(guò)程完成。啟動(dòng)時(shí)，使晶閘管的導(dǎo)通角從0開(kāi)始，逐漸前移，電機(jī)的端電壓從零開(kāi)始，按照預(yù)設(shè)函數(shù)關(guān)系逐漸上升，直到達(dá)到滿(mǎn)足啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩而是電動(dòng)機(jī)順利啟動(dòng)，再使電機(jī)全電壓運(yùn)行。從工作原理上看，軟驅(qū)動(dòng)器實(shí)際上是一個(gè)調(diào)壓器，輸出只改變電壓，并沒(méi)有改變頻率。這一點(diǎn)與變頻器不同。

二、軟啟動(dòng)設(shè)備的優(yōu)點(diǎn)
