醛樹脂HS-A81醛樹脂HS-A81為無色透明至微黃耐黃變脂肪醛硬樹脂,又稱萬(wàn)能樹脂。外觀分為經(jīng)過造粒工藝的細(xì)小有規(guī)則半圓型和沒有經(jīng)過造粒工藝的不規(guī)則細(xì)小顆粒型,作為特種硬樹脂適用于溶劑型涂料和油墨、無溶劑型涂料、粉末涂料、樹脂改性等其他體系中。醛樹脂可以明顯改善漆膜的耐黃變性、縮短干燥時(shí)間、提高漆膜的硬度、豐滿度和光澤,增加固含量,由于醛樹脂的低粘度特性,同時(shí)降低了造漆行業(yè)有機(jī)溶劑的使用量,減少了大氣中VOC排放造成的環(huán)境污染。醛樹脂對(duì)金屬顏料以及其他顏料具有優(yōu)良的潤(rùn)濕分散性,同時(shí)溶于大多數(shù)有機(jī)溶劑,所以非常適合油溶性作料。特別是通用色槳成本可降低40%以上,其中低檔溶劑的適應(yīng)方面遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品。醛樹脂還可用于粉末涂料和氯化橡膠涂料等的改性。總之,產(chǎn)品性能已達(dá)到甚至超過國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品,是油漆涂料、油墨等行業(yè)使用非常廣泛的一種特種樹脂。外觀為無色透明至微黃色細(xì)小有規(guī)則半圓狀和細(xì)小不規(guī)則顆粒狀。
醛樹脂溶于涂料用大多數(shù)溶劑,如醇類、酉旨類、酮類、醚類、芳烴溶劑、脂肪烴溶劑等,而國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品不溶于脂肪烴溶劑,只能用此溶劑進(jìn)行有限稀釋。醛樹脂不溶于水。
應(yīng)用涂料 用于制造汽車修補(bǔ)漆,可提高光澤,增加硬度,縮短干燥時(shí)間,添加量為2%--5%。 用于制造醇酸樹脂,可降低醇酸樹脂的粘度,增加硬度,增加光澤,改善干燥性。在合成最后階段加入A--81醛樹脂5%--10%(按醇酸樹脂的固含量算)。 作為醇酸氨基烤漆的改性樹脂,可提高硬度、豐滿度??筛鶕?jù)質(zhì)量要求取代不超過20%醇酸樹脂。 作為硝基涂料的改性樹脂,提高抗紫外線的性能、減少黃變、提高固含量、提高光澤、提高涂料對(duì)苯類溶劑的容忍度。用法:一般可取代約20%--30%的硝基纖維。 作為醇酸/氯化樹脂涂料的改性樹脂,增進(jìn)氯化樹脂(特別是氯醚和氯化橡膠)與醇酸樹脂的相容性、提高涂料的固含量。用法:可以取代醇酸/氯化樹脂涂料中的醇酸部分,用量不超過總樹脂含量的10%。 配制熱熔馬路漆(于石油樹脂為基料的熱熔馬路漆相比)在底材的附著力較好、在白色品種,鈦白用量可少些、耐候性較好。用法:1、可單獨(dú)使用醛樹脂、SA-101為基料;2、可與石油樹脂并用。 用于粉末涂料,改善流平性、增強(qiáng)對(duì)底材的附著力。用法:1、在環(huán)氧粉末涂料中,用醛樹脂取代5%--15%具反應(yīng)的樹脂;2、在環(huán)氧/聚醋粉末涂料中,用SA-101取代5%--15%具反應(yīng)的樹脂。 由于顏色很淺和有輛的顏料潤(rùn)濕性,HS-A81特別適宜制備通用型顏料色漿,而且其溶液粘度很低,因而可制得高顏料含量的色漿。 應(yīng)用油墨 復(fù)合油墨、紙凹印油墨、塑料凹印油墨、燙金油墨、防偽油墨、凹版油墨、水松紙油墨等。 應(yīng)用色漿 醛樹脂具有幾乎是萬(wàn)能的溶解過程和相溶性,并且有極佳的顏料濕潤(rùn)性。由于這個(gè)原因使醛樹脂非常適合作為顏料色漿的載體樹脂。與適當(dāng)?shù)姆稚┡浜鲜褂每墒股珴{具備非常高的著色強(qiáng)度并減少儲(chǔ)存過程中的損失,減少原料和色漿種品的庫(kù)存和處理。提高市場(chǎng)涂料顏料變化的應(yīng)變能力,在最短的時(shí)間將涂料成品投入市場(chǎng),比國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品成本可降低30%以上。(通用色漿醛樹脂的載有量根據(jù)不同要求可做成含量為30%--60%的液體)。 包裝 不規(guī)則片狀或粒狀,紙塑復(fù)合袋包裝,每袋凈重25公斤。儲(chǔ)運(yùn) 在避光防潮及室溫條件下儲(chǔ)運(yùn)。保質(zhì)期 自生產(chǎn)日期起二年。FormaldehydeResinHS-A81 HS-A81formaldehyderesin(alsoknownaspolyacetal)productisacolorlessandtransparenttoLunatiaanti-yellowingali-phaticaldehydeshardresin,alsoknownasapanacearesin.Theappearanceisdividedintogranulationsmallsemi-circularrulesandnon-granulationirregularsmallparticles,beusedinsolvent-basedcoatingsandinks,solvent-freecoatings,wa-terbornecoatings,powdercoatings,resinsmodified,andothersystemsasaspecialhardresin.HS-A81canbeamarkedimprovementoftheanti-yellowingcoatingvariability,toshortenthedryingtime,increasethefilmhardness,fullnessandshinetoincreasethesolidcontent.Becauselow-viscositycharacteristicsofHS-A81thatcanreducetheorganicsolventpaintindustryusageandatmosphericpollutioncausedbyVOCemissions.HS-A81haveaexcellentdispersioninthemetalpigmentandotherpigmentwetting,whilesolubleinmostorganicsolvents,sotheyarefitforoil-solublecondiments.Inparticular,theycanreducethecostofcolorpaddlemorethan40%,andmiddle-lowsolventadaptationmuchbetterthanthoseofsimilarproductsabroad.HS-A81canalsobeusedforpowdercoatingsandpaints,suchaschlorinatedrubbermodified.Ingeneral,theproductperformancehasreachedevenmorethansimilarforeignproducts,iswidelyusedincoatingofpaint,inkandotherindustriesasaspecialresin.
