鋼包回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)：設(shè)在連鑄機(jī)澆鑄位置上方用于運(yùn)載鋼包過(guò)跨和支承鋼包進(jìn)行澆鑄的設(shè)備。由底座、回轉(zhuǎn)臂、驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、回轉(zhuǎn)支撐、事故驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)和錨固件6部分組成，由于回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)設(shè)置了兩個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)臂，因而可實(shí)現(xiàn)多爐連澆，兩臂同時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)。主傳動(dòng)安裝在底座上，并通過(guò)減速箱及小齒輪與回轉(zhuǎn)支承外齒的嚙合來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的回轉(zhuǎn)。

Ladle Turret The ladle turret is the kind of equipment transferring the ladle from one span to another, and supporting the ladle in the casting process. The ladle turret is comprised of supporting seat, rotating arm, driving device, reversal-rotating support, accident driving control system, lubrication system, and anchoring parts. It has 2 rotating arms, and therefore, is capable of continuous casting process. The master driving device is mounted at the supporting seat. The joggling of the reducing gear and the reversal-rotating support gear drives the ladle turret to rotate.
