PV080R1K8T1NFWS由于電磁鐵推力的限制,在大于63L/min的液壓系統(tǒng)中,一般不再選用直推式的電磁換向閥,而選用通過流量較大的電液換向閥。電液換向閥的原理是:控制油通過電磁先導(dǎo)閥到達電液閥主閥芯的兩端(即電液換向閥主閥體兩端蓋側(cè)),通過電磁先導(dǎo)閥的換向,來實現(xiàn)主閥芯的左右移動,從而開通或切斷通往執(zhí)行元件的油路,使執(zhí)行元件運行或停止。但在打開或切斷油路的瞬間,系統(tǒng)中會產(chǎn)生相當(dāng)大的沖擊,這種沖擊會極大影響液壓系統(tǒng)中液壓元件和密封件的使用壽命。為了減小及至消除由此引起的液壓沖擊,最簡單的辦法是在該電液閥下面疊加一個P口節(jié)流閥或進油節(jié)流式雙單向節(jié)流閥、出油節(jié)流式雙單向節(jié)流閥,以延長閥芯的換向及復(fù)位時間,從而到降低液壓沖擊的目的。下面就以彈簧復(fù)位型、三位四通中封式電液壓換向閥為例、對該三種疊加節(jié)流方式作簡要說明。一、疊加一個P口可調(diào)節(jié)流閥:控制油先通過疊加可調(diào)節(jié)流閥、到達電磁先導(dǎo)閥的P口,通過電磁先導(dǎo)閥的換向及調(diào)整節(jié)流閥的開度,來實現(xiàn)主閥芯的換向延時,從而達到降低主油路與執(zhí)行元件接通時的換向沖擊。但先導(dǎo)電磁閥斷電時、彈簧復(fù)位型電液換向閥主閥體兩端蓋內(nèi)的液壓油會通過先導(dǎo)電磁閥的中位與泄油口接通、主閥芯在復(fù)位彈簧的作用下會立即復(fù)位,由于主閥芯復(fù)位快、亦即切斷執(zhí)行元件油路的速度快、從而引起液壓沖擊。由此可見,疊加一個P口可調(diào)節(jié)流閥,只能實現(xiàn)換向接通延時、不能解決復(fù)位切斷延時。注:象油缸類的執(zhí)行元件,油缸前進與后退時通過換向閥的流量是不一致的,油缸無桿腔與有桿腔的面積比越大、流量差距也越大,此時若想較滿意的降低執(zhí)行元件前進與后退時的液壓沖擊,通過一個可調(diào)節(jié)流閥,恐怕是難以實現(xiàn)的A10VSO140DFR1/31R-PPB12N00
