對(duì)于可控式充液閥。控制油通入控制缸的上腔,控制活塞就可使閥芯開(kāi)啟。控制缸上腔接油箱時(shí),控制活塞在彈簧的作用下復(fù)位。控制缸下腔與充液油箱是想通的。這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的充液閥都直接安裝在液壓缸的端部,安裝方便,節(jié)省了與工作液壓缸連接的管道。浸入式結(jié)構(gòu),即上部全浸在充液油箱中,結(jié)構(gòu)很緊湊,流阻損失很小。但充液油箱必須安裝在液壓缸的底部,還要解決充液油箱與液壓缸缸底之間的密封問(wèn)題。檢修不太方便。管道連接式結(jié)構(gòu),即通過(guò)管道和法蘭與充液油箱相連,與浸入式相比,充液油箱的位置布置較靈活,檢修也較方便,但結(jié)構(gòu)顯得龐大,流阻損失也稍大。
(2)常開(kāi)式充液閥
