mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">混凝土抗沖刷試驗(yàn)機(jī)是利用高速離心力旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)水流沖擊混凝土內(nèi)環(huán)表面磨損的試驗(yàn)，以測(cè)定各類(lèi)混凝土表面抗水流沖擊磨損的能力。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">根據(jù)《水工混凝土試驗(yàn)規(guī)程DL/T5150-2001 "Times New Roman"">》規(guī)定的技術(shù)要求設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、儀器設(shè)備：

1、鋼球沖磨儀主要部件包括：

(1)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置，能夾固攪拌槳并使其以1200r mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">／min "Times New Roman"">速度旋轉(zhuǎn)的電機(jī)裝置：

(2)鋼筒：內(nèi)徑為305mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±6mm "Times New Roman"">，高450mm "Times New Roman"">±25mm，下邊四周有螺孔。

(3)鋼底座：

(4)攪拌槳；

(5)研磨料：70 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">個(gè)按下表規(guī)定的研磨鋼球。

2、試模：金屬圓模，內(nèi)徑300mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2mm "Times New Roman"">，高100mm "Times New Roman"">±lmm。

3、天平：稱量20Kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，感量1g "Times New Roman"">。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">四、試驗(yàn)步驟：

1、按“混凝土試件的成型與養(yǎng)護(hù)方法”制備試件：允許骨料最大粒徑為40mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，試驗(yàn)以三個(gè)試件為—組。

2、試驗(yàn)前，試件需在水中至少浸泡48h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

3、試驗(yàn)時(shí)，取出試件，擦去表面水份，稱量。

4、鋼筒與底座間放上橡皮墊圈，在底板上墊上兩根Φ6mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的鋼筋，把已稱量過(guò)的混凝土試件放在鋼筋上并對(duì)中，且使混凝土表面垂直于轉(zhuǎn)軸，套上鋼筒，旋緊固定鋼筒與底座的螺栓，使其密封。

5、將攪拌槳安裝在轉(zhuǎn)軸上，攪拌槳底部距試件表面約38mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，調(diào)整鋼筒和底座的位置使轉(zhuǎn)軸對(duì)中。

6、在鋼筒內(nèi)放入研磨鋼球于試件表面，并加水至水面高出試件165mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

7、確認(rèn)轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)速在：1200r mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">／min "Times New Roman"">后，開(kāi)機(jī)。

8、每隔24h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，在鋼筒內(nèi)加1 "Times New Roman"">—2次水至原水位高度。

9、累計(jì)沖磨72h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，取出試樣，清洗干凈，擦去表面水份稱量。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">五、試驗(yàn)結(jié)果處理：

1、混凝土抗沖磨指標(biāo)以抗沖磨強(qiáng)度或磨損率表示。

1)抗沖磨強(qiáng)度按式計(jì)算：

A——試件受沖磨面積m2

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">△M "Times New Roman"">——經(jīng)T時(shí)段沖磨后，試件損失的累計(jì)質(zhì)量Kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

2)磨損率按式計(jì)算：

Mo——試驗(yàn)前試件質(zhì)量，Kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">；

MT——試驗(yàn)后試件質(zhì)量，Kg mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

2、以一組三個(gè)試件測(cè)值的平均值作為試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，如單個(gè)測(cè)值與平均值的差值超過(guò)15 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">％時(shí)，則此值應(yīng)剔除，以余下兩個(gè)測(cè)值的平均值作為試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，若一組中可用的測(cè)值少于兩個(gè)，則該組試驗(yàn)應(yīng)重做。
