mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">按無水氯化鈣(g) "Times New Roman"">;蒸流水體積(ml)=1:2 "Times New Roman"">進行配制。氯化鈣溶于水時放熱,溶液溫度升高,待溶液冷卻到室溫后用濾紙進行過濾,以除去不溶雜質(zhì)。過濾后的高濃度溶液存放備用,該溶液中氯化鈣含量410g/L mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。
1、濃溶液(1L) mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">的配制
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(1 "Times New Roman"">)用量筒量取272ml "Times New Roman"">高濃度氯化鈣溶液;

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(4 "Times New Roman"">)將上述三種試劑轉(zhuǎn)入1L "Times New Roman"">量筒中。轉(zhuǎn)入時要用少量蒸餾水,分別對盛

2、制備沖洗液
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">取試驗用的濃溶液62.5ml "Times New Roman"">±0.5ml,裝入5L mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">塑料筒或瓶中,用蒸餾水稀釋至2.5 "Times New Roman"">±0.005L "Times New Roman"">。

1、目的與適用范圍

2、儀器與試件

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(1 "Times New Roman"">)圓柱形試筒:透明塑料制內(nèi)徑32 "Times New Roman"">±0.025mm, "Times New Roman"">高度420±0.25mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。試筒底部起到100 "Times New Roman"">±0.25mm "Times New Roman"">、380±0.25mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">處刻劃標記線,配有橡膠塞。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(2 "Times New Roman"">)沖洗管:由一根硬管組成,不銹鋼或冷鍛銅制其外徑為6 "Times New Roman"">±0.5mm,內(nèi)徑為4 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±0.2mm, "Times New Roman"">管的下部有一個不銹鋼兩側(cè) 帶孔尖頭,孔徑為1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±0.1mm "Times New Roman"">。

3、試驗步驟:
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">為了不影響沉淀的過程,試驗必須在無抖動的水平臺上進行,隨時檢查試驗的沖洗管口,防止堵塞。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">試驗過程中,沖洗液的溫度應(yīng)保持20 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2 "Times New Roman"">℃范圍內(nèi)。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">由于塑料在太陽光下容易變成不透明,應(yīng)盡量避免將塑料器皿直徑暴露在太陽光下。盛試驗溶液的塑料器皿用完后要清洗干凈。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(1 "Times New Roman"">)用沖洗管將沖洗液吸入試筒直到100mm "Times New Roman"">刻度---(約需80ml mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">)。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(2 "Times New Roman"">)把相當于120 "Times New Roman"">±1g干料重的試樣用漏斗仔細地倒入豎立的試筒中。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(3 "Times New Roman"">)用手掌反復敲打筒下部,以除去氣泡,使試樣盡快潤濕,然后靜置10min.
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(4 "Times New Roman"">)在試樣靜置10 "Times New Roman"">±1min結(jié)束后,用橡膠塞堵住試筒。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(5 "Times New Roman"">)手動振蕩:使試筒產(chǎn)生橫向直線往復運動。振幅;20.3 "Times New Roman"">±1.0cm,運動周期180 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2 "Times New Roman"">次/min.振蕩擰下橡膠完成塞。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(6 "Times New Roman"">)將沖洗管插入試筒中,用沖洗液迅速沖洗附在試筒壁上的集料然后將沖洗管插到試筒底部,慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動沖洗管,同時勻速緩緩提高沖洗管,使附著在集料表面的細粒雜質(zhì)浮上來,直到溶液達到380mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度線為止。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(7 "Times New Roman"">)緩慢勻速向上拔出沖洗管,當液面位于380mm "Times New Roman"">刻度是,切斷沖洗管的液流,使液面保持380mm "Times New Roman"">刻度線,在沒有擾動的情況下靜置20min "Times New Roman"">±15S。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">(2 "Times New Roman"">)將配重活塞套筒在試筒口放好,使配重活塞徐徐落入試筒,直至碰到沉淀物時,立即擰緊固定螺絲,將尺子插入套筒的開口處,使零點對準的底面。從套筒處讀取沉淀物高度,即h2, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">準確至1mm "Times New Roman"">。上述測量過程應(yīng)在30 "Times New Roman"">秒內(nèi)完成。同時記錄試筒內(nèi)的溫度,準確至1 "Times New Roman"">℃。
