mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">本儀器主要由機(jī)械拉伸裝置、溫度控制裝置和液晶顯示器部分組成。

1、機(jī)械拉伸裝置由低速電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng), mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">通過(guò)變速箱傳動(dòng)齒輪齒條, "Times New Roman"">使其從一端向另一端移動(dòng). "Times New Roman"">在傳動(dòng)裝置上還設(shè)有變速機(jī)構(gòu), "Times New Roman"">可以獲得50 mm/min "Times New Roman"">和10 mm/min "Times New Roman"">兩種不同的拉伸速度.

1、溫度部分操作：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">接通電源, "Times New Roman"">儀表上排顯示測(cè)量溫度值, "Times New Roman"">即實(shí)際溫度。下排顯示設(shè)定溫度值。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">儀表采用輕觸開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行參數(shù)設(shè)定，面板上有四個(gè)鍵，SET mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">鍵用于進(jìn)入溫度設(shè)定狀態(tài)，p "Times New Roman"">、q 和t mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">鍵用于修改數(shù)據(jù)。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">按SET "Times New Roman"">鍵3秒，儀表上排顯示“SET” mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，進(jìn)入設(shè)定值設(shè)定狀態(tài)，下排顯示原設(shè)定值。此時(shí)便可對(duì)控制溫度進(jìn)行設(shè)定和修改。

(二) mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">準(zhǔn)備工作

1、將隔離劑拌和均勻, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">涂于清潔干燥的試模底板和兩個(gè)側(cè)模的內(nèi)表面, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">再將試模拼成8 "Times New Roman"">字形狀放在試模底板上;

2、將準(zhǔn)備好的試樣自試模的一端至另一端往返數(shù)次注入試模中, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">并略高于試模表面, "Times New Roman"">此過(guò)程中注意勿使氣泡混入;

3、試件在室溫中冷卻30 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">分鐘后, "Times New Roman"">置于規(guī)定試驗(yàn)溫度的水浴中30 "Times New Roman"">分鐘后取出,用熱刮刀將高出試模的部分刮平, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">使瀝青表面與試模表面平齊. "Times New Roman"">然后將試模連此底板再浸入規(guī)定試驗(yàn)溫度的水浴中1-2 "Times New Roman"">小時(shí).

(三) mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">試驗(yàn)步驟

1、本儀器應(yīng)水平置于室溫0-40℃ "Times New Roman"">、相對(duì)濕度不大于80% "Times New Roman"">、無(wú)震動(dòng),無(wú)腐蝕性氣體的地面上, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">并應(yīng)有良好的接地保護(hù).

2、向水槽中注水, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">水位應(yīng)符合試驗(yàn)操作規(guī)程要求.

3、接通電源, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">檢查儀器正常后, "Times New Roman"">設(shè)定試驗(yàn)規(guī)定所需的溫度, "Times New Roman"">啟動(dòng)制冷或加熱系統(tǒng), "Times New Roman"">同時(shí)按“循環(huán)” mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">鍵水泵工作, "Times New Roman"">到設(shè)定溫度后系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)停止工作.
